With over two decades of excellence in higher education, he currently serves as Chairman of the Business Administration Department at Presidency University, where his leadership blends academic rigor with real-world industry insights.
A prolific author of 10 books and contributor of more than 40 international research articles, Dr. Ali is celebrated for his expertise in authentic leadership, digital marketing, customer relationship management, and soft skills development.
