Mr. Khokan Zaman Bhuyan is a dynamic professional whose career reflects a rare blend of corporate leadership, academic contribution, and personal mastery. An alumnus of the University of Dhaka with a BBA and MBA in Marketing, he further specialized with a PGD in Leather and Footwear Management from East West University, where he also served as an Adjunct Faculty—nurturing future industry leaders with his insights and expertise.
Professionally, he has carved an impressive path, starting at Sheba Telecom, then shaping the footwear industry with 8 years at Bata Shoe Company and 6 years at Apex Footwear Ltd., before stepping into his current role as Head of Department at Lereve. Here, he drives marketing excellence, Product Developing,Sourcing, and brand growth, making a mark as a transformative leader.
Yet, beyond the corporate world, Mr. Bhuyan embodies a philosophy of balance and continuous growth. As an internationally certified yoga instructor, he inspires others through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness—showing that true leadership comes from both inner and outer strength.
His passion for public speaking has taken him into a new spotlight. Trained under the Professional Public Speakers’ Forum (PPSFBD), he recently emerged as the Champion of “Spotlight Spectacular 2025”, proving his ability to move hearts, inspire minds, and lead with words as powerfully as with actions.
As a General Member of PPSF, Mr. Bhuyan now envisions contributing his experience, energy, and wisdom to empower others—standing as a role model who believes in learning, sharing, and uplifting communities.
