More than half of her career has been spent as a CxO, where she has proven herself as a strategist, innovator, and people-centric leader who inspires teams to create meaningful impact.
Currently serving as the CEO of Dun & Bradstreet Data & Analytics Pvt. Ltd., Zara is also the Chairperson of Toru – an Innovation Hub, driving groundbreaking ideas into real-world solutions for social and economic inclusion. Beyond her corporate achievements, she shines as the Chief Inspiration Officer of Naveed’s Comedy Club, Bangladesh’s first stand-up comedy platform, where she promotes creativity, joy, and expression.
